Overview

Product Sales Executive, Women’s Health - Chicago area

Responsibilities
  • Achieve business objectives for the assigned territory (e.g., penetration of accounts with product/solution/service offerings).
  • Position clinical products, deliver product presentations, and lead clinical discussions.
  • Guide the development and execution of strategic account plans to achieve assigned business goals and budgets.
  • Develop, build, and cultivate long-term relationships with key management within customer organizations.
  • Assist management in devising sales plans and strategies; develop forecasts, budgets, and operating plans for product sales channels.
  • Ensure Account Executives are knowledgeable on XP Women’s Health Products to drive business.
  • Travel up to 60% (approximately 3 out of 5 business days).
Required Knowledge, Skills, Education, And Experience
  • BS/BA in related discipline or advanced degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3+ years experience in sales or as a product specialist in healthcare preferred.
  • Experience carrying large quotas and navigating long sales cycles; demonstrated success at meeting/exceeding quotas.
  • Experience with quotas and forecasting; proven track record of meeting/s exceeding sales goals.
  • Clean driving record.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Education, And Experience
  • Experience selling diagnostic imaging equipment.
  • 3+ years capital equipment sales experience to hospitals and/or imaging centers or equivalent clinical/technical experience.
  • Professional sales training in SPIN Selling, Strategic Selling, Professional Selling Skills, Miller-Heiman, etc. is a strong plus.

Compensation and Benefits

The Annual Base Pay for this position is Min $67,200 - Max $100,800. Location/geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications may affect starting pay. If this is a commission-eligible position, commissions are based on individual and/or company performance. Benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance; 401(k); life insurance; long-term and short-term disability; paid parking/public transportation; paid time off; paid sick and safe time.
