Sales Representative (B2B) Bilingual English/Arabic or Turkish

Location: Close to Chicago, Illinois (In-Office)

Compensation: $60,000 base + performance bonus

Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday | Day Shift

About the Opportunity

A multi-division consumer products distribution company specializing in globally sourced brands sold into retail and food service channels. The organization is experiencing continued growth and investing heavily in sales infrastructure, analytics, and customer experience.

This is a n Inside Sales Representative to support outbound growth, account expansion, and customer retention within a fast-paced B2B environment.

Role Overview

As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll serve as a primary point of contact for assigned accounts while actively developing new business through outbound prospecting. You’ll use sales data to identify opportunities, recommend solutions, and strengthen long-term relationships.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys:

  • High-volume customer interaction
  • Relationship building over the phone and email
  • Turning service issues into sales wins
Key Responsibilities
  • Execute outbound sales activity including prospecting, follow-ups, and reactivation
  • Recommend products or solutions based on customer needs and buying behavior
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally to preserve long-term relationships
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales leadership, operations, marketing) to improve sales strategies
Qualifications
  • 1–3 years plus of experience in inside sales, customer service, or account support
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales or performance targets
  • Experience using CRM systems or similar
  • Strong Excel and order-entry proficiency
  • Self-motivated and comfortable in a performance-driven environment
  • Bilingual English/Arabic strongly preferred (Turkish a plus) as this will require many outside and internal communicaito in Arabic or Turkish and English.
Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
