• Engage with Customers:
  Welcome clients warmly, understand their needs, and guide them through the vehicle selection process to create a seamless purchasing experience.
• Build Relationships:
  Develop and maintain positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Product Knowledge:
  Stay updated on the latest Lincoln models, features, financing options, and promotions to provide expert advice.
• Achieve Sales Goals:
  Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by demonstrating product value and building trust with clients.
• Assist with Financing Options:
  Help customers navigate financing and leasing options with a consultative approach.

• Previous Sales
  
  Experience:
  
  Prior experience in automotive sales or a customer-facing sales role is highly preferred.
