ENG is a BIM company that specializes in hands‑on, field‑focused BIM services. Founded in 2007, we have completed 5,000 BIM projects with a dedicated team of over 600 staff members, providing MEP Modeling and Coordination, VDC/BIM Management, and a comprehensive array of BIM production services to architects, engineers, and owners.

The Role

We are looking for experienced Account Executives to represent ENG to new and existing clients. Candidates must have a background in the Construction/BIM/VDC industries, reside in the US, and have at least 5‑10 years of experience.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop business by leveraging network and expanding relationships with new clients, while maintaining and expanding existing ones.
  • Sell all of ENG’s MEP Modeling and Coordination services; may involve selling our own tech products.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
  • Conduct thorough market research to understand client needs and industry trends.
  • Design and develop sales strategies and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery of solutions.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up to date with industry developments and competitor activities.
  • Travel approximately 40% of the time (1‑3 trips per month, several days at a time).
Mandatory Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in a senior account executive or similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Experience and background in the Construction/BIM/VDC industries and reside in the US.
  • At least 5‑10 years of experience in the construction industry.

Additional Info
