AboutThe Role
The Sales Development Representative will be the driving force behind our Sales function, responsible for setting up qualified meetings with Talent Acquisition and HR executives at leading U.S. businesses. We’re looking for someone passionate, tenacious, and results‑driven to join our sales team.
Your Day To Day (Responsibilities)- Partner with our Enterprise Account Executives to identify quality sales opportunities and grow new markets
- Excite prospects about becoming Eightfold customers and communicate the benefits of our industry‑leading AI technology
- Evangelize Eightfold across the Talent Acquisition, D&I, and HR communities
- 6+ months of sales or related experience, but we’ll consider candidates looking to start their first sales role
- Comfortable using best‑practice prospecting techniques and implementing them in a cold‑calling & outbound strategy
- Passion for selling and the ability to communicate our value
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask, organize, and prioritize responsibilities
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience

We embrace a hybrid work model that aims to boost collaboration, enhance culture, and drive innovation through a blend of remote and in‑person work. Starting May 1, 2025, employees residing near Santa Clara, California, will return to the office three times a week. Employees residing near our London, Bangalore, and Noida offices will return to the office twice a week with the goal of transitioning to three times per week within the year.
This role is only available in our designated hub locations:
Greater Chicago, IL and Santa Clara, CA. All roles are hybrid.

Base Salary Range: $50,000–$60,000 plus commission
