Seal Eze®, provides high-performance brush-based sealing and airflow management systems used in data centers, industrial enclosures, overhead doors, and mission-critical facilities to control air leakage, contamination, and thermal efficiency.
As data centers become more dense, more powerful, and more energy-intensive, managing airflow, heat, and sealing has become a business-critical problem. Seal Eze products are designed into server racks, cabinets, containment systems, and industrial equipment around the world and Osborn is investing heavily to expand its footprint across the North American data center market.
We are hiring a Territory Sales Manager to own and grow the Midwest region, based in the Chicago area.
This is a high-impact, individual-contributor role responsible for driving both new business and strategic account growth across a territory that includes hyperscale data centers, cabinet manufacturers, integrators, OEMs, and industrial end users.
What You’ll DoYou will operate as a technical, consultative seller in a specification-driven environment:
- Develop and grow relationships with data center operators, OEMs, cabinet builders, and industrial customers
- Drive design-in wins for Seal Eze sealing and airflow solutions inside racks, enclosures, and equipment
- Work closely with engineers, procurement, and operations teams to solve airflow, thermal, and contamination challenges
- Manage a territory with significant face-to-face selling, site visits, and customer engagement
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and specification through quoting, negotiation, and close
- 5–10 years of technical or engineered B2B sales experience
- Experience selling into data centers, industrial OEMs, electrical/thermal infrastructure, automation, enclosures, or consumables
- Comfortable selling to engineers, operations, and purchasing
, not just distributors - Strong new-business hunting capability paired with long‑term account management
- Engineering background or strong technical aptitude is a plus
This is not a commodity sales role. Seal Eze products are mission‑critical components inside some of the world’s largest and most sophisticated data centers. You will be selling into a market that is growing rapidly due to AI, cloud computing, and high‑density server deployments
