We are seeking a dynamic and intuitive Business Development Manager with a strong technical foundation and proven business acumen. Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with VP‑level and C‑suite executives across target accounts
  • Diagnose client challenges—even when not explicitly stated—and propose strategic, solution‑oriented initiatives
  • Drive sales cycles from discovery to close, leveraging technical insight and business savvy
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally to align solutions with client needs in cloud, digital transformation, and AI domains
  • Represent the company with professionalism and executive presence in all client interactions
  • Think on your feet to adapt messaging, strategy, and solutions in real time
  • Maintain a pulse on industry trends and emerging technologies to inform outreach and positioning
Qualifications
  • Technical background (e.g., engineering, computer science, IT, or related field)
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client‑facing roles
  • Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills; highly intuitive and perceptive communicator
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior executives
  • Working knowledge of cloud technologies, digital transformation strategies, and AI applications
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional demeanor with strong business presence
  • Experience in consultative or solution‑based selling
  • Familiarity with enterprise software or SaaS environments
  • Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, compelling narratives
