At Yoga Six, we’re more than a yoga studio—we’re a community built on connection, movement, and growth. As a Wellness Advisor, you’ll be at the center of that experience, helping guests and members discover the value of our classes and offerings while driving the studio’s success through sales, events, and community engagement.
This role is ideal for someone who is energetic, people-focused, and motivated by results. You’ll welcome members, guide them toward the right memberships and services, support local partnerships and events, and help grow our community presence online through social media.
What You’ll Do Sales & Membership GrowthIntroduce potential members to Yoga Six classes, workshops, and wellness services.
Promote memberships, class packs, and retail products that enhance the member experience.
Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales goals by converting leads into committed members.
Earn commission on sales in addition to your base pay.
Events & Community EngagementAssist in planning, promoting, and hosting studio events and local collaborations.
Represent Yoga Six Southport at community events to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
Support partnerships with local businesses and organizations.
Social Media SupportContribute to the studio’s online presence by helping with social media posts, stories, and campaigns.
Capture authentic, engaging content that showcases the studio’s classes, community, and events.
Collaborate with management to promote events, special offers, and retail.
Member Experience & Studio OperationsGreet and support all members and guests with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm.
Conduct wellness consultations to understand member goals and recommend the right offerings.
Handle front-desk operations including check-ins, payments, and class bookings.
Keep the studio clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
What We’re Looking ForHigh school diploma or equivalent (education in fitness, health, or hospitality is a plus).
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality strongly preferred.
Bonus:
Experience with event planning, collaborations, or social media marketing.
Sales-driven mindset with proven ability to hit or exceed targets.
Strong communication skills—you know how to connect with people and inspire action.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
Comfortable using basic computer systems and office software.
