The Client Service Account Executive is responsible for handling Consumers' requests and processing them into our CRM systems. Orders are received by telephone, fax, and email. They are the front-line communication to the customer and help resolve complaints/returns. Provides help and assistance in all the activities related to the department.

• Processing Consumers requests via email and call center
• Communicating with customers/sales reps-Product/program questions/Returns
• Training and Education
  - Product/Entry
• Communication with factory/Art Dept./Order changes

• Term Student or college Graduated.
• Strong work ethic and good attitude.
• Excellent typing skills and computer literacy and working-level skill with the basic MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Explorer)
• Strong effective interpersonal communications
• Listening skills and attention to detail both written and verbal communication is key.
• Advance English Level
• Dominican
