Position OverviewThe PPM Practice Lead, Retail AV position is a rewarding opportunity to work with one of the leading IT companies in the world. You will be responsible for executing the comprehensive Go-To-Market strategy across Retail Specific OEMs and Publishers, Audio Visual (AV) and Supply Chain Distributors. You will build and continuously improve upon our partner relationships, cultivate additional revenue opportunities, and collaborate with our Sales and Technical sales leaders.
You will be responsible for aggregate revenue growth, margin, and profitability objectives, in addition to all other key performance metrics for PPM. You will drive the extended Zones team to execution with highly competitive strategies.

- Lead best in class Go-To-Market strategies across Retail Specific OEM’s and Software, Audio Visual (AV) and Supply Chain Distributors across key vertical markets:
Retail / Quick-serve Restaurants (QSR), Enterprise, Mid-Market, and SMB sales segments. - Oversee and strengthen all channel relationships, including Managed/Strategic Partners, OEMs, and Software Publishers
- Maximize vendor exposure and growth/profitability via VIR and MDF
- In collaboration with Marketing, develop both internal and external Marketing programs to drive performance in these categories
- Work with Sales leadership to ensure we have the right partners to support our customers in this segment
- Manage certifications and authorization/status with key OEM partners
- Work with Sales Enablement to develop and implement ongoing Sales Enablement that is aligned with this category
- Supply Chain Distributors, working with Supply Chain leadership
- Logistics support (just-in-time delivery, warehousing, kitting)
- Inventory management
- Technical support and value-added services
- Global sourcing and supply chain coordination
- Develop both direct and indirect relationships with partners
- Partner with Solutions and Delivery
- Work with Service delivery to ensure we have service support for all Retail/QSR and PRO AV solutions.
- Field Service Delivery
- TSC Services
- Partner with the Solutions Architect organization to ensure we have pre-sales support for both Retail/QSR and AV solutions.
- Achieve aggregate revenue and profitability growth objectives for all categories of responsibility
- Drive customer acquisition and development through Zones channels (SMB, Mid-Market, Enterprise, Retail), utilizing Zones Marketing vehicles
- Drive margin-enhancing programs within the Sales organization (Deal Registration, Promotional offers/discounts, and Bid Pricing programs)
- Ensure Directors and Category Managers are properly enabling Sales organization
- Achieve aggregate Partner Contribution (PC) goals for all categories of responsibility
- Ensure that marketing plans support category growth strategies (by sales segment / vertical market)
- Oversee the execution of marketing plans and campaigns to secure Sales-enabling investments. Partner closely with Marketing on activities to drive demand and branding of Zones in the Retail/QSR/Pro AV segments
