The Bilingual BDC Associate at CDJR Of Chicago is a key member of our sales team, responsible for driving traffic and providing excellent customer service. This individual contributor role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a passion for sales. As a Bilingual BDC Associate, you will work closely with our Sales Managers and Sales Representatives to generate and convert leads into appointments.

This is a full-time, hourly position located in Chicago, Illinois.

• Respond to and follow-up on customer inquiries and leads via email, phone calls, and texts.
• Utilize dealership's CRM system to track leads and manage customer interactions.
• Schedule appointments for Sales Managers and Sales Representatives with interested customers.
• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and set up appointments for vehicle test drives.
• Work closely with team members to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must speak Spanish as well as English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with computer and CRM systems.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver's license or state .
