• Support account management across aligned pod and specialist area.
• Help pod AMs build strong client relationships and understand overarching client goals, with the eventual goal of managing 1–3 small/growth accounts.
• Deliver accurate and timely audience sizing.
• Assist with campaign intake and tracking.
• Report, pace, and review wrap reports.
• Suggest campaign ideas and workflow improvements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Campaign Operations, Creative, Product Strategy, and Data Scientists to execute client campaigns.
• Work independently to ensure success of high‑volume campaigns while being agile in cross‑functional work.
• Manage IO/briefs and support clients on invoicing/billing questions.
• Provide clients with system access and handle new client set‑up.

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.)reeze or equivalent work experience.
• Strong attention to detail and project‑management skills.
• Analytical acumen for decision making.
• Technical fluency with key tools, executed timely and accurately.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate cross‑functionally.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
