Responsibilities- Attend qualified homeowner appointments (provided leads — no cold calling)
- Present and close solar system proposals confidently and professionally
- Manage and update client information using our CRM
- Educate customers on energy savings, financing options, and incentives
- Work with project managers and installers to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Represent Semper SolR with integrity, enthusiasm, and professionalism
- Ambitious, confident, and competitive — “closer” mentality
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Sales experience preferred, but not required (we’ll train the right person)
- Comfortable presenting and negotiating with homeowners
- Full-time availability preferred
$70,000 - $80,000 yearly
