Maintenance Account Managers are responsible for maintaining accounts, client relationships and overall volume for existing core customers.
For this role.
Instant basis pay: $24.04 - 31.25 hourly.
- Communicating ביק customers by phone, through email and virtual meetings to ensure their needs are consigo, addressed, and opportunities uncovered and follow through to closure.
- Building strong customer relationships to maintain current business and expand into new categories in existing customers where applicable.
- Collaborating עם various internal departments to ensure they fulfill all customer requests.
- Resolving complaints and keeping track of all processes that pertain to the customer’s needs.
- Make a minimum of 50 call attempts/logged calls to keep customers engaged and informed.
- Acting as the customer’s representative to ensure their demands are met with a focus on improving the customer experience.
- Collecting and analyzing data concerning customer behavior to understand changing needs.
- Always take responsibility for the safety of self and others.
- Take responsibility to eliminate accidents, injuries & hazards at all times.
- Observe and act in accordance with all applicable laws & regulations & company policies.
- Other duties/projects as assigned.
- Four‑year college degree in business or equivalent experience
- Reasoning ability – Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed and involved written or oral instructions.
- Ability to deal with problems involving many concrete variables in standardized and un‑standardized situations
- Ability to work overtime when needed
- Acquire working knowledge of all intranet programs
- Ability to close sales
- Ability to manage multiple sales cycles simultaneously

- 2 – 5 years sales experience, preferably as an inside sales account representative or manager experience
- A minimum of 2 years quota‑carrying sales experience
- Proficiency in PC usage, recent versions of Windows a plus
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to navigate various sales platforms such as Salesforce and internal system
- Documented formal sales training
