Chicago - Domestic Sales

• Prospect, develop, and close new domestic freight business
• Manage and grow an active book of business through relationship building and consistent follow-up
• Understand customer shipping needs and propose tailored logistics solutions
• Collaborate closely with operations and pricing teams to ensure service excellence
• Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline activity
• Stay informed on market trends, capacity shifts, and pricing dynamics
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience within logistics, transportation, or supply chain preferred
• Strong knowledge of domestic freight modes (TL, LTL, intermodal, etc.) is a plus
• Proven ability to hunt, negotiate, and close new business
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
