The Solutions Consulting team is an integral part of Outreach’s go‑to‑market function. We focus on driving measurable business impact for prospects and customers by being both domain experts and trusted advisors. We partner deeply across Sales, Product, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Marketing to architect solutions that help revenue teams unlock the full potential of Outreach.
Role OverviewWorking in a fast‑growth environment means no two days are the same. As a senior member of the SC organization, you will lead complex enterprise pursuits, elevate team capability, and drive cross‑functional excellence.

- Partner and collaborate with Sales to identify customer and prospect selling tools, business processes, opportunities and risks through in-depth discovery
- Help qualify opportunities through in-depth discovery of customer and prospect business processes to identify opportunities and risks that need to be addressed during the sales process
- Participate in product demonstrations highlighting Outreach's business value réflBước ersonnel 가치내려주기 for targeted stakeholders within customer organizations
- Ensure effective communication of customer and 初始化 pains and requirements to Outreach’s onboarding and implementation teams
- Buildաիต industry credibility through continuous learning of new sales trends and technology from blogs, podcasts, and other industry publications
- Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and other Outreach teams to build a better company and platform for our customers
- Share your product and selling knowledge with other Outreach teams, helping them strengthen their own skills, and better support our customers and prospects
Becoming and acting as a subject‑matter expert on the Outreach platform and acting as a trusted advisor to both customers and internal teams
