Position: Senior Manager, Revenue Growth Management - Retail

The Senior Manager of Retail Revenue Growth Management works closely in the Grocery, Walmart and Club channels to ensure visibility to both top and bottom-line metrics and changes in those metrics. This position owns the relationship with IT to ensure process, reports, and systems accurately represent business trends, changes, and KPIs. Supporting BDMs during the sales planning process. Driving continuous process enhancements and system improvements by closely collaborating with sales, demand planning, sales finance, and category management.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Builds, develops, and enhances reporting and KPIs supporting sales planning process and Grocery/Walmart/Club trade planning and execution
  • Identify opportunities in the current tools and ensure they support the commercial team needs, collaborate and partner on continuous improvement to drive improvement of the tools.
  • A key cross-functional partner to enable fact-based selling, in supporting selling in and provide recommendations on promotion programing that’s win-win for Wells and the Retailer network.
  • Has a deep working knowledge of all data acquired in supporting sales planning, management, execution in Wells. Understands data nuisances associated with different channels, and ensure knowledge sharing with Brand for product strategy.
  • Leads the development of the annual plan reporting and review process; key enabler to in-flight sales partnering deliverables
  • Works closely with RGM/Sales Enablement to develop and implement shifts in strategic reporting that adapt to changing business needs
  • Identify opportunities in process or system related to sales planning, then collaborating with the Sales Planning lead in drive system development or process automation where necessary to drive continuous improvement.
