Job SummaryThe Sales AE, reporting to VP Sales, will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth. Prospect, qualify, and close high-quality deals that deliver value for both parties. This role requires you to be three things:
1) a great human,
2) a great partner for our clients, and
3) a great salesperson.
- Deliver annual quota objectives through new logo & expansion efforts.
- Establish and maintain a robust pipeline.
- Deeply understand your client’s needs and structure our partnership in mutually beneficial ways.
- Work collaboratively across functions and have fun doing it.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in eCommerce, retail media, and or media measurement sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Track record of being able to map and navigate complex retail focused manufacturer organizations (CPG and/or FMCG)
- Strong relationship management skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to translate insights into effective sales strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong emphasis on building trust and transparency.
