• Act as a subject matter expert on the employer's platform while advising customers and internal teams
• Collaborate with Sales to identify customer selling tools, business processes, and opportunities
• Qualify opportunities by discovering customer and prospect business processes
• Participate in product demonstrations that showcase the employer's business value
• Communicate customer and prospect requirements effectively to onboarding and implementation teams

• Experience in pre‑sales or solutions consulting
• Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate customer use cases into scalable solutions
• Excellent presentation skills for delivering engaging demonstrations
• Ability to ask insightful questions that lead to meaningful insights
• Familiarity with sales trends and technology through continuous learning

• Experience working with diverse stakeholders and understanding their goals and value propositions
• Knowledge of industry insights that can enhance customer engagement and presentations
