Now we’re looking for an Inside Sales Representative who shares our belief that being a “relationship company” is more than a slogan—it’s how we work.
What You’ll Do- Build and strengthen customer relationships by listening, problem‑solving, and delivering value every day.
- Partner with our outside sales team and product managers to ensure customer needs are met seamlessly.
- Drive sales results by managing inbound and outbound calls, providing quotes, and following up on opportunities.
- Develop expertise in Aetna’s products and applications so you can be a trusted resource.
- Keep customer and sales activity up to date in our CRM to ensure smooth collaboration across the team.
- Relationship‑focused – You genuinely enjoy connecting with people and building trust.
- Team‑oriented – You know sales is a team sport and succeed by collaborating with colleagues.
- Results‑driven – You’re motivated by goals and take ownership of your numbers.
- Organized & tech‑comfortable – You can manage details and adapt to new tools quickly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (or equivalent experience).
- 1+ year of inside sales or customer service experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Puts relationships first—with customers and with each other.
