$50,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr

Chicago | Hybrid (minimum 3 days in‑office)

The Role

A Series D, venture‑backed AI software company in the Construction Technology space is scaling rapidly and hiring 4 Enterprise BDRs to join its Chicago team.

As a founding BDR, you’ll work closely with senior sales leaders on strategic, high‑value deals and drive the pipeline for large enterprise construction accounts.

Responsibilities
  • Research and map large enterprise construction accounts across the US
  • Own outbound prospecting: cold calls, email, Linked In
  • Engage senior stakeholders and qualify complex buying groups
  • Set high‑quality meetings that feed multi‑million‑dollar sales cycles
  • Collaborate with AEs to refine messaging, ICP, and GTM strategy

This is a consultative, enterprise sales role — not a volume‑led SDR position.

Qualifications
  • 1+ year experience as an SDR/BDR in SaaS
  • Confident, articulate, and commercially curious
  • Comfortable opening doors and holding senior conversations
  • Coachable, driven, and ambitious
  • Based in Chicago (non‑negotiable)
  • Enterprise or construction exposure is a bonus, not essential
Package
  • Up to $65k base salary depending on experience
  • Uncapped commission
