Director, Franchise Sales & Development
Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, the world’s largest hotel franchising company, is seeking a Director, Franchise Sales & Development to join our team. This role covers franchise opportunities in Wisconsin, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, and Kansas.

The RoleProspect and qualify franchise opportunities, negotiate deal terms, execute hotel franchise agreements, manage relationships, attend industry events, submit forecasts, and report.
What You’ll Do- Prospecting and qualifying deals.
- Networking and attending industry events.
- Negotiating terms and executing contracts.
- Managing relationships with franchisees.
- Forecasting and reporting.
- Assisting the development team on special projects.
- Maintaining in-depth knowledge of purchase/sale transactions, debt and equity activities, and hospitality trends across the U.S. and Canada.
- Extensive sales experience.
- Proven achievement in sales by exceeding quotas.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Aptitude for evaluating pro‑forma and feasibility studies for new construction projects.
- New construction development knowledge.
- A desire to travel extensively.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in business or relationship development.
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales quotas.
- Must travel approximately 80% of the time, primarily for lead generation and customer relationship management in the U.S.
Remote – United States (Remote).
Employment StatusFull-time.
Compensation & BenefitsFor U.S. based positions only, the expected pay range is $75,000 – $95,000 annually.
- Base pay plus incentive payment per the Franchised Development US Incentive Plan.
