Our up‑market Commercial team focuses on working with exciting growing organizations of 250–10,000 employees. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast‑paced team with various customers and receive personalized training and career opportunities.

Commercial Business Unit

Mid‑Commercial (201–1,000 employees)
General Commercial (1,001–5,000 employees)
Enterprise Corporate Sales (5,000+ employees)

Day to Day

Our New Logo Account Executives are focused on breaking into our largest whitespace accounts and increasing revenue spend within Tech & Media and Consumer Business Services. They sell the entire Customer 360 Platform and partner closely with BDR, SE, Specialists, etc. to drive multi‑touch, power‑to‑power alignment within accounts by demonstrating a collaborative approach.

  • Having a deep understanding of how businesses operate and the priorities that drive decisions from the C‑level
  • Creating demand by uncovering business problems and matching them to our solution
  • Uncovering business initiatives and pain points to map back our solutions across multiple lines of business
  • Building credibility and trust while influencing buying decisions
  • Selling on value and return on investment vs. technical functionality
  • Generating pipeline that leads to closed revenue and quota attainment
  • Partnering with internal resources to drive additional value and expertise
Responsibilities
  • Develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive customer satisfaction at assigned accounts
  • Develop and drive the overall long‑term strategy for the account, aligned to customer business objectives
  • Coordinate internal Salesforce resources to meet customer business needs
  • Perform account planning at assigned accounts, coordinating with Prime and Cloud sales resources to ensure strategic alignment
  • Share Salesforce value proposition for new customers
Preferred Qualifications
  • 7+ years of full‑cycle sales experience, with at least 3 in the field. SaaS preferred
  • Experience managing a list of 250+ whitespace accounts
  • Passion for new logo acquisition with a proven track record of exceeding ACV targets primarily through outbound sourcing in complex, multi‑product sales
  • Experience selling to the C‑suite
  • Experience evaluated based on core competencies (e.g., extracurricular leadership, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)
