Membership & Events Sales Leader
Be among the first 25 applicants. Join our team if you love creating memorable experiences and being part of a vibrant community! At Lakeshore Sport & Fitness, we bring people together through sport, fitness, and fun across our two Chicago clubs — Lincoln Park and our Illinois Center location in the downtown Loop. Our clubs thrive on community and connection, offering a place where members of all ages can belong, grow, and feel their best.
We offer competitive pay, 401(k), PTO, childcare benefits, free club membership, discounts on programs and services, and more.
As a Membership & Events Sales Leader, you’ll play a key role in growing our community by driving both membership sales and experience‑based event sales. You’ll connect with prospective members through tours and conversations, guiding them toward membership options that fit their goals and lifestyle. At the same time, you’ll actively sell our clubs as a destination for space rentals, corporate events, birthday parties, and other fun, high‑energy experiences, helping guests envision Lakeshore as a place to celebrate, connect, and create lasting memories.
This role blends sales, hospitality, and relationship‑building. You’ll manage inquiries, lead tours for both memberships and events, coordinate event details, and partner with internal teams to ensure every event and member experience is seamless, welcoming, and memorable.
