Associate Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Sales associate responsibilities include attending to hospitals and physicians to improve customer service and to provide local resources to our customers for all their related needs.
• The Sales Specialist uses his/her product knowledge to present, demonstrate and ensure proper utilization of Skeletal Dynamic products. All products must be promoted for their approved indication only. The Sales Specialist becomes a trusted member of the hospital's team assisting the operating room staff with their needs.
• The Sales Specialist is required to achieve a level of respect and trust which leads to invitations by customers to participate in discussions involving Skeletal Dynamics products and instruments. These activities are expected to broaden and deepen the company's customer base in the territory.
• The Sales Specialist must achieve a level of expertise and competence, as well as a reputation for integrity.
• The Sales Specialist must be able to work with flexible work hours and have a good sense of time management. This is a Trauma based company with a fluid schedule. Cases will often be added on, canceled, and changed throughout any given day of the week.
• The Sales Specialist must have great organizational skills and attention to detail. They will be responsible for restocking inventory to ensure the proper equipment and inventory is ready for the physician for every case.
• The Sales Specialist must be a self driven individual who thrives in an independent work environment and maintains motivation without constant supervision.
• The Sales Specialist is expected to take occasional weekend calls.
