About the Opportunity

Stitch Golf is expanding our national rep force and seeking high-caliber independent sales professionals to represent our full line of premium golf apparel, accessories, and travel gear. This role is ideal for driven, relationship-oriented reps who can grow a territory, drive bookings, and deliver a best-in-class experience to golf shops.

Responsibilities
  • Must reside in the Midwest Territory
  • Build and grow a defined territory through consistent in-person account visits.
  • Drive seasonal pre-books and at-once orders to achieve territory revenue goals.
  • Actively participate in tournaments, trunk shows, and key club events to increase visibility and sell-through.
  • Schedule and run effective presentations with buyers and decision-makers.
  • Maintain strong follow-up, accurate order entry, and reliable communication.
  • Maintain brand presentation standards and actively promote Stitch product.
  • Provide timely market feedback and collaborate with the Stitch team to maximize territory performance.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven ability to grow a book of business and manage a full-line brand.
  • Strong relationships within the golf industry preferred.
  • Professional presence, disciplined territory management, and consistent follow-through.
  • Solid understanding of golf retail cycles and buying behavior.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on commitments.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
Beneficial Experience
  • 2+ years of sales experience in golf or premium apparel industry preferred.
  • Existing relevant territory contacts are a significant plus.

Compensation

Independent contractor (1099) commission structure. Commission percentage and sample support discussed during interview based on territory potential.
