We have partnered with a global company who manufactures products used exclusively in the acute care respiratory and anesthesia spaces. They are looking for a Hospital Sales Representative based in the Chicagoland area. Call points are the ED, ICU areas, O.R. and Respiratory in acute care facilities, surgery centers and EMS/Ambulance Services. Selling on clinical impact and value is critical to your success.

If you are looking to join a company whose needle is pointed up, has room for growth and is experiencing double digit growth, this may be the company for you.

• 4 year degree required
• Previous hospital sales experience required. They prefer critical care, ICU or Respiratory sales experience but will look at surgical reps as well. Sales talent is #1 on their list.
• Selling on clinical outcomes and value is key. They are not the least expensive option but are the most effective.
• Complex sales experience wanted. You have to go deep in their call points and gain clinical acceptance as well as C-Level acceptance in order to make the sale.
• They partner with a distributor partner in order to get the product to the hospitals. Previous experience working with distributor partners is a plus.
