Role Description

The Fitness Sales Manager is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Chicago, IL. The individual in this role will be responsible for driving membership sales, fostering strong client relationships, and developing strategies to meet revenue goals. Daily responsibilities will include networking with potential clients, managing sales activities, analyzing metrics to optimize performance, and leading promotional efforts to increase engagement. The Fitness Sales Manager will collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales and client acquisition skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Experience in customer relationship management, including excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in organizational and team management skills, including problem‑solving and team motivation.
  • Knowledge of fitness and wellness industry trends and prior experience working within the sector is highly beneficial.
  • Ability to work on‑site, collaborate with a team, and adapt to a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency with technology and CRM platforms is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Health, or a related field is preferred.
