The Role

As a Mid‑Market Account Executive, you will drive growth for existing and new accounts in the mid‑market segment, managing all stages of the sales cycle from prospecting to closing. Your success will be measured by revenue generation and account expansion, contributing to Yubico’s mission of a safer internet.

Tasks & Responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas.
  • Generate revenue from inbound and outbound sales activities, building strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Individually build and manage a robust sales pipeline.
  • Maintain daily activity in Salesforce, ensuring accurate account, lead, contact, and opportunity data.
  • Develop long‑term strategic relationships with key accounts to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years of closing experience with B2B software tools or solutions in the targeted accounts.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding quota.
  • Experience hunting and developing a region/vertical and collaborating with a sales team.
  • Ability to manage complex sales into mid‑market and Global 2000 organizations.
  • A results‑oriented approach that balances a “take‑charge” attitude with teamwork and collaboration.
  • Background in executing call plans, orchestrating account‑planning sessions, and implementing account strategies.
  • Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.
