Marina Reception​/Cashier

Job Summary

We are seeking a Marina Front Desk Receptionist / Retail Cashier to join our team! As a Marina Front Desk Receptionist / Retail Cashier, under the general supervision of the Marina General Manager, provides courteous, efficient and accurate customer services to all customers and guests. The Receptionist / Cashier is responsible for processing new dockage reservations, answering phones, assisting customers and receiving credit card payments for goods and services, while always maintaining a professional level of customers services.

Assists in maintaining store inventory, reporting, and cleanliness.

The ideal candidate has an upbeat attitude, doesn’t mind working in any weather conditions, and has excellent customer service skills.

• Book and Process new dockage reservations
• Operates POS system, receiving payments by credit card charges from customers or associates for goods.
• Accurately issues receipts, refunds or credit due to customers.
• Promptly and courteously greets and assists customers with questions and store sales.
• Follows established Company accounting procedures for opening and closing register and processing deposits.
• Stocks and rotates inventory.
• Assists in monthly inventory reports.
• Always keep workspace well maintained and clean.
• May be required to perform other related duties as assigned.

• Familiarity with basic computer programs, such as the Microsoft Office suite
• Experience with boating and water confidence desired
