Retail Associate/ Customer Service, Retail Support
Position: Receiving & Fulfillment Lead – Distribution Center – Chicago, IL (Franchise).
Pay: $18.00–$18.50/hr.

Responsibilities- Unload and load delivery truck(s)
- Manage and monitor daily carrier pick‑up (FEDEX and UPS)
- Support all Fleet Feet initiatives, activities, and functions
- Work schedule will be based upon the demands of the business. In a typical week, this position will work 5 days out of the distribution center including some weekends
- Occasional off‑site work is required
- 1+ years of operations experience preferred
- Strong business acumen and retail industry knowledge preferred
- Strong ability to coach and influence without direct authority
- Detail‑oriented, deadline‑driven, and self‑motivated
- Enjoys independent work in a team atmosphere

Additional Requirements:
Hours of work for this position may vary based on work schedule. Position requires moving around for periods of 2‑4 hours without a rest break task sequencing, and using point-of-sale computers. Occasional moderate to heavy (10‑25+lb) lifting and carrying, bending and reaching overhead may be required. Work environment includes substantial communication with customers, working in a retail environment with product displays and stockroom with inventory, and potentially slippery surfaces.
