This is a full-time, field-based Retail Supervisor role based in Hartford, CT. The Retail Supervisor will oversee daily retail operations and ensure tasks are executed effectively by the team. Responsibilities include managing and supporting staff, implementing company strategies, maintaining product presentation, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role involves providing guidance and fostering a positive work environment to achieve store objectives and deliver a high-quality shopping experience for customers.
