* ** Job Summary*
* We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to fulfill the role of Retail Operations Administrator. In this position, you will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks within our retail management system, finance tracking, and overall retail operations.  Your dedication and efficiency will contribute to the smooth functioning of our retail operations year-round.

* Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* + Master Retail Cloud, our new retail management system, by becoming one of the first to learn its features and functionalities.

+ Streamline the purchase order process by converting Excel data into the Retail Cloud system.

+ Assume the responsibilities of a Retail Supervisor during Winterland, at the park, including supervising staff, managing inventory levels, and conducting closing procedures.

+ Support the manager by assisting with reports and participating in monthly closing procedures.

+ Carry out warehouse tasks, such as receiving, tagging, and fulfilling orders for both the ballpark and flagship stores, once administrative duties are completed.

+ Accurately enter and submit payroll information for retail vendors.

+ Represent the company in a friendly, efficient, and courteous manner during interactions with customers and employees, ensuring their satisfaction.

+ Fulfill any other duties as assigned to contribute to the overall success of our retail operations.
