Compensation: $25.00 / hour

• Use elevated body language, professional tone, and refined selling behaviors to maintain a premium brand feel, even in a fast paced, high traffic environment.
• Stay focused and aware during busy peak hours, keeping the floor stocked, clean, and organized. You bring Operational Excellence to life by moving with urgency and efficiency, while keeping the customer experience as the top priority.
• Leverage our company tools, resources, and the support of your team. When things change or challenges come up, you remain calm, clear, and prioritize the customer.

• Full Time Availability Requirements: Open Availability
• You must be 18 years of age or older to apply for this role.
• A passion for customer service and a genuine desire to help others.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, premium retail environment with professionalism
• Strong communication skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
• Eagerness to learn and grow! Open to feedback, training, and new responsibilities.
• Previous experience in retail, service, or hospitality is a plus but not required.

• Must be able to stand and remain physically active and move around all areas of the store and be accessible to customers for 100% of the scheduled shift
• Ability to bend, reach, and stretch for product, as well as lift, carry, and move items up to 40 pounds regularly throughout the shift
