The Role:We are seeking a highly analytical, hands‑on Retail Media & E‑Commerce Marketing Manager to lead paid search advertising and digital shelf excellence across and other major retailer platforms. This person will serve as the company’s internal expert for pay‑per‑click advertising, retail media networks, and e‑commerce content optimization. You will manage and optimize all paid retail search campaigns (with a major focus on Walmart Connect) and own the quality, accuracy, and performance of product detail pages across partners.
This is a full‑time, in‑office role five days per week, supporting close collaboration across Sales and Marketing.
- 3–5 years’ experience in e-commerce, retail media, digital marketing, or marketplace management.
- Hands‑on experience running PPC campaigns within Walmart Connect, Amazon Ads, Instacart Ads, Kroger/Promote
IQ, Criteo, Roundel - Strong understanding of digital shelf optimization, keywords/SEO, PDP best practices, and retail merchandising fundamentals.
- Highly analytical; able to extract insights from data and convert into action
Experience with tools such as Pacvue, Skai, Helium
10, Perpetua, or similar- Familiarity with Digital Asset Management tools like Salsify and Syndigo
- Strong project management and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work on‑site five days per week in a collaborative cross‑functional setting.
