OverviewThe Admin 1 - Store Services provides essential administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth daily operations of the supermarket. This role supports store leadership in vendor service compliance and documentation, coordination, customer service tracking.
Our flexible/ hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations include Salisbury, NC, Chicago, IL, Quincy, MA, Carlisle, PA, Scarborough, ME, Hyattsville, MD and Mauldin, SC.
Responsibilities- Maintain and update store service records, including scheduled service schedules, work logs, and compliance documentation.
- Assist with floor care, Ecolab, waste, window cleaning and other scheduled service tracking, and coordinating with vendors.
- Prepare reports on store performance metrics, customer feedback, and compliance checklists.
- Handle internal communications, including memos, announcements to the vendor community
- Respond to customer inquiries and escalate issues to appropriate departments.
- Ensure all administrative tasks comply with company policies and local regulations.
- Hold vendor partners and store leadership accountable according to the contracted scope of work while maintaining a positive relationship with both.
- Understand and accurately reflect the scope of work accordingly in regard to respective contract services.
- Work as a team across departments and partnerships both internally and externally.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a retail or service environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Service Channel and basic computer knowledge.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Ability to maintain a positive relationship with both vendor partners and store leadership.
Salary Range for ME/NC/PA/SC: $19.00 - $28.50
