Salary: $800 - $1,095 per week

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in providing an exceptional shopping experience to our customers. You will be the face of our brand, offering personalized service and expert product knowledge to help customers make informed purchasing decisions. Your primary goal will be to drive sales and foster customer loyalty while maintaining the presentation and organization of the store.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing products that meet their requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment to enhance customer experience.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment as needed.
• Support visual merchandising efforts by ensuring product displays are attractive and up-to-date.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in related fields is a plus.
• Prior experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers effectively.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing sales.
