Overview
The Midwest and Mid-Atlantic region is seeking a Regional Client Relations Manager. As the Regional Client Relations Manager, you will co-create the region's High-End strategy for each category, tailoring the approach by store. Primary functions include proposing results-oriented actions to achieve high-end objectives. As a High-End leader and role model, you will partner with the Store and Client Relations and Development Teams, Private Ambassadors, to create innovative and impactful action plans to grow and develop our existing Clientele.
As a skilled communicator with a natural ability to build relationships, you will strive to deliver all client interactions in line with our Louis Vuitton promise, thus further driving loyalty to the brand and our positioning within the luxury marketplace.
- Partner with Regional teams in creating, driving, and delivering sales targets across all HE product categories while also ensuring an elevated client experience at all touch points
- Collaborate with Store Leaders and Client Relations & Development teams on HE Client retention and development strategies while identifying and recruiting new high-potential prospects
- Monitor progress of business goals per high-end category and identify action plans with the local RVP and store leadership to maximize business opportunities
- In partnership with the Store Managers and wider regional team, help create occasions to bring top clients to the boutiques and events to further drive potential sales and/or increase brand loyalty
- Create a sustainable personal network of high-net-worth clients for the business
- Strive to meet and exceed all regional and store HE targets in collaboration with store, regional, and zone partners
- Continuously identify development and learning opportunities for the team and work in partnership with the Retail Learning team in creating impactful learning moments
- Proactively look outside the business to alternative sectors for opportunities to grow the store's network of VIC clients and identify best practices from across the luxury industry
- Provide recap and follow up with management after market visits and ensure all feedback is actioned in a timely and effective manner

The appointed candidate will be offered a salary within the range of USD $120,000 – USD $150,000 annually, plus the opportunity for a bonus, a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and two retirement plans both with employer contributions. This position will require an on-site schedule primarily based in our Chicago office.
