- Greeting customers with a smile and assist with their shopping experience
- Sell retail merchandise in the retail stores
- Assist with and complete transactions for rentals such as lockers, inner tubes, and wheel chairs
- Prepare and sell ice cream, popcorn, and specialty candy at the Ice Cream Cart and Candy store
- Offer additional products to offer the best experience at park
- Merchandise and maintain sales displays
- Process transactions in a timely fashion
- Comply with food handling, sanitation, and storage regulations
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment for customers and other team members
- Provide superior customer service to all customers in a polite and expedient manner
- Assist customers with questions regarding Ocean Breeze Waterpark
- Follow park policies and procedures
- Other duties as assigned
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Ability to operate a computer, computer software, cash register, and credit card machine
- Approachable, outgoing, and excited about suggestive selling
- Ability to accept guidance and supervision
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, team members, and leadership
- Be aware, attentive, and work well with others
- Ability to work in both indoor and shaded outdoor conditions while taking precautions, including hydration and sun-protection
- Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods of time
- Must be able to lift, carry, move, and/or position items weighing up to 30 pounds

We also offer a retention bonus of up to $500 for team members that average a certain number of hours per week during the qualifying time period and work through a specified date. Details about eligibility requirements for the Retention Bonus will be provided at a later date.
