Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Store Manager to lead our new location and team and create an unforgettable experience for our customers in our vibrant candy store. The ideal candidate will embody the joy and excitement that our brand delivers and inspire their team to do the same. As Store Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring the store runs smoothly while driving business success and delivering top-notch customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspire, motivate, and lead the team by example, creating a positive and engaging work environment that reflects our store’s mission of joy and excitement.
  • Take charge of hiring, training, and scheduling employees, ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts and maintaining a strong, well-trained team.
  • Ensure smooth daily store operations, including customer service, inventory management, and store presentation.
  • Utilize strong business insights to manage inventory levels, optimize the flow of customers, and monitor sales trends. Collaborate with ownership to set and track financial goals, including managing the store's P&L.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store at all times, following hygiene and safety standards.
  • Drive store performance by setting clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for sales, customer satisfaction, and employee productivity. Regularly track and analyze store metrics to ensure goals are met.
  • Ensure each customer has a delightful, memorable experience by providing a warm and welcoming environment and fostering a culture of exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a high-volume, customer-centric environment. Strong leadership and team-building skills. Excellent communication, organizational, and time management abilities. Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Working business peak days (Friday-Sunday) are a must.

Must obtain Serv Safe Certification before store opening. Previous Serv Safe certification is a plus!
