SAP SD Consultant – Retail

Location:

- Irvine, CA ( Travel and ready to work in PST Timezone)

Retail & B2C Focus

• Support high-volume B2C retail transactions, including:
  • POS integration
  • Omnichannel sales (in-store, online, mobile)
  • Returns, refunds, cancellations, and chargebacks

Payment Processing

• Configure and support retail payment processing including:
  • Credit/debit cards
  • Digital wallets
  • Cash, gift cards, store credits
• Handle payment authorization, settlement, reconciliation, and chargeback processing
• Integrate SAP with external payment gateways and payment service providers (PSPs).
• Configure billing types, billing plans, and invoice outputs
• Partial billing
• Advance payments
• Refund invoicing
• Support tax determination (VAT, GST, sales tax) relevant to retail operations.

Order-to-Cash Process Management

• Design, configure, and support SAP O2C processes including:
  • Customer master data
  • Sales order management
  • Pricing & promotions
  • Billing & invoicing
  • Credit management
  • Accounts receivable integration
• Ensure seamless end-to-end O2C flow from order creation to cash application.
