Overview

Guest Advocate (Cashier), General Merchandise, Inbound (Stocking), Ulta Beauty, Starbucks (T3447)  role involves helping guests, performing cashiering, stocking, price accuracy, and supporting store operations across the smallest format stores.

• Create a welcoming guest experience by greeting guests and assisting with their needs.
• Engage with guests to solve specific needs and provide exceptional service.
• Maintain knowledge of tools, products, and services to resolve issues and improve guest experience.
• Assist with workload to minimize guest disruption and keep sales floors stocked and presentable.
• Work in all departments to ensure the sales floor is full, zoned, and in stock; assist with truck unloads and stock placement.
• Adjust merchandise displays, complete price changes, and ensure signage is accurate.
• Complete scans and system audits to ensure inventory accuracy; support major transitions.
• Maintain store cleanliness, including backroom organization and safe operation of equipment if certified.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup (OPU), and Drive-up (DU) while complying with laws.
• Perform other duties as needed based on business needs.

• Open to a flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak times.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Basic cash handling, ability to move merchandise safely (lifting up to 44 pounds with or without assistance), and comfortable in varying temperatures.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced setting and remain composed under pressure.
