About the Team

The Seasonal Sales Associate will be the ultimate Pandora Fan. You will deliver a world-class experience, surpass sales goals, and continually find innovative ways to engage and attract our fans (customers). You will share product knowledge and inspire customers to style their jewelry, giving voice to people’s loves.

• Dare to exceed individual and store sales goals by building genuine connections with our fans.
• Embrace a store culture filled with passion for the brand; act as an extraordinary brand ambassador.
• Create an unforgettable shopping moment by displaying excellent product knowledge and building brand loyalty.
• Craft loyal fans by authentically engaging and fostering lasting connections beyond transactions.
• Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards ensuring a smooth and on-brand operation.
• All other duties as assigned.

• Demonstrated ability as a results-oriented seller.
• Strong, considerate communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization and captivate an audience.
• At least 18 years old and able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds; reliable attendance.

Compensation

$17.00–$18.50 per hour, commensurate with experience.
