Merchandising Representative

Based in Boca Raton, FL, Celsius Holdings, Inc. is a global consumer packaged goods company with its master brand CELSIUS®, a lifestyle energy drink brand. The company also owns Alani Nu, a premium active nutrition brand.

Field‑Based: Requires presence in Fort Worth, Texas
. This is a driving position; a valid U.S. driver’s license and a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) screening are required.

Role Type: Full‑time
Schedule: 40 hours per week, Wednesday through Sunday

The Merchandising Representative reports to the Regional Manager and serves as an ambassador for the Celsius brand across grocery, specialty, health‑club, and convenience store channels. Responsibilities include setting up floor displays, scheduling demonstrations, and managing shelf space.

• Experience:
  
  0‑2 years in retail or merchandising; prior merchandising experience is a plus.
• Education:
  
  High school diploma or GED.
• Work Hours:
  
  Flexible; 40‑hour week (Wednesday – Sunday).
• Personal vehicle required; excellent driving record and insurance/license required.
• Strong customer service orientation, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self‑starter and team player.
• Excellent problem‑solving and multitasking abilities.
• Must reside within the county area.

• Plan and execute merchandising initiatives.
• Make 15‑20 account calls per day and track calls in the Celsius sales app.
• Call on target accounts and speak with managers about displays and end‑cap placement.
• Communicate sales leads and opportunities to the territory manager.
• Ensure shelves, cold vaults, and stand‑alone coolers are stocked and merchandised per brand flow.
• Rotate back‑stock, place point‑of‑sale materials, and participate in new store openings and resets.
• Take and submit weekly photographs with reporting documents.
• Conduct demos upon request.
• Maintain an organized list of target/key accounts for weekly/monthly planning.
• Submit weekly work logs, including mileage.
• Complete other records or documentation as assigned.
