The United Center is the largest arena in the United States, located on the West Side of Chicago. It hosts major concerts, sporting events, and is home to the NHL’s Chicago Black hawks and the NBA’s Chicago Bulls.

As a Union Bartender at the United Center, you will deliver outstanding guest service while responsibly serving alcoholic beverages in a high-volume, fast-paced event environment.

• Serve drinks quickly and accurately using POS and credit card systems.
• Check valid  ensure guests are of legal drinking age and not intoxicated.
• Prepare bar setup before events and clean/reset area after events.
• Maintain inventory, complete daily paperwork, and follow sanitation procedures.
• Train new bartenders and barbacks as needed; comply with all venue policies.

• Previous bartending experience required.
• Strong communication, basic math, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask under pressure.
