Job Summary

Bring the heat! As a Cook, you’ll be on the front lines of our culinary operation—crafting dishes with precision, consistency, and pride. You’ll ensure food is prepared to the highest standards and served up hot, fast, and fresh to every guest.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a professional kitchen preferred
• Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen equipment
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
• Understanding of food safety and sanitation procedures

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of cooking stations
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and allergen protocols
• Assist with inventory, labeling, and food storage as needed
