Position: Lead Sous Chef Manager - Open Kitchen & Menu Excellence
A renowned Italian marketplace in Chicago is seeking a Sous Chef to assist in managing kitchen operations in a high-volume restaurant. You will monitor food quality, train kitchen staff, and participate in menu planning. This role requires 4+ years of back of house experience and strong management skills.
