Responsibilities

• Quick Service and Full Service
• Maintain Festivals' regular attendance and punctuality.
• Work flexible hours: early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• Adhere to store operating policies and standards, ensuring quality beverages and food products, accurate cash handling, and safe store security.
• Engage with Stan's Fans (customers).
• Prepare beverages to standard recipes neol customized for customers, pack donuts, and provide product information at the donut counter.
• Perform many different tasks within the store during each shift.
• Cross‑train to work all stations.

• Food service experience: 1 year (Required).
• Barista experience: 1 year (Preferred).
• Food Handler Certification (Preferred).

• Base rate of pay plus tips; tips can increase the hourly rate up to $18 per hour.
• 401(k) with dollar‑for‑dollar match up to 4% with immediate vesting; eligibility after 3 months of employment.
