Duties and Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers and patrons.
- Prepare beverages/alcoholic beverages and snacks for paying customers.
- Ensure your workstation is always clean and presentable.
- Effectively and accurately work with the Revel tablet.
- As the business evolves, so may this role. These duties may change as Lyric’s leadership identifies the need at any time.
- Must have a Bassett Card and Bartending experience.
- Candidates must have excellent customer service experience at all times.
- Must be comfortable with touchscreen tablet usage and will be trained on the Sales Vu system.
- Must be punctual and responsible.
- Required to work all matinee, evening, and weekend performances of the season and postseason.
- Physical requirements include climbing stairs, standing for long periods, and light lifting.
