Restaurant Manager, Cook & Chef, Food & Beverage

Location: 3 Chicago kitchens and 3 to 5 kitchens out of state
Schedule: Full Time
Salary: $110,000 - $115,000 annual salary + Period Bonuses

- Oversee and manage the daily operations of multiple kitchens/locations
- Partner with Regional Director to hire, coach and develop Kitchen Managers and other staff.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and Coach operational procedures to maintain high company standards.
- Conduct regular store visits and audits to assess performance with Kitchen Managers.
- Analyze financial performance with Kitchen Managers and provide support with recommendations for improvement.
- Analyze customer reviews to assist kitchens with service standards.
- Solid foundation in culinary skillsand customer service skills
- Minimum of 5 years of kitchen or retail management experience
- Minimum of 2years of multi-unit experience, managing 4 or more locations
- Proven track record of achieving financial and operational targets
- Willingness to travel to each location in Chicago and neighboring kitchens in the region
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
